Hat Class 1 - Cables   Saturday June 4th & 11th, 9:30 - 11am

Kelbourne Woolen’s “December Hat” forms the basis for our first hat class - learning to cable.  Master this deceptively simple technique trying out several different methods to find which is your favorite.

Hat Class 2 - Lace  Saturday, July 9th & 16th, 9:30 - 11am

Page Bursuuma’s “Finlandia Hat” is a fitted, worsted-weight beanie that is knitted in the round from the brim to the crown. The repeated tree motif is made from basic lace stitches (K2tog, YO, and SSK).

Hat Class 3 - Short Rows and Mosaic Knitting  Saturday, August 13th & 20th, 9:30 - 11am

Two for One - Wooly Wormhead’s “Shadowed” hat is knit flat, using both a basic mosaic technique and short rows.  The result is a beautiful geometric pattern that will wow you.
